The Gigas is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII fought in the slope of Whirlwind Maze and in the seventh round of the Battle Square after the player acquires the Highwind and Cloud Strife rejoins the party. When fought on the Battle Square its stats are enhanced with double the normal HP and its Attack and Magic Attack are increased by 25%. For some reason, the Gigas doesn't appear in the European Final Fantasy VII strategy guide bestiary.
