A "City Worker" was assigned to work on Mr. Frisby's land; clearing it for the County, so that the new road could be built through it. He must wait with another worker while Sheriff Andy works to disperse the women rallying to save Mr. Frisby's house. He was portrayed by Tom Jacobs.
