George Edmund Septimus Fryer (1850 - 18 May 1910) was a barrister and local politician. Born in Hampshire, by 1881 he was living in Notting Hill when he married Anna Matilda Barr. Member of the Moderate Party in the London County Council elected in 1898 for Kensington North. Reference here [1]
