Unlike most people, Nikari did not come from a sob story, where both his parents died, he became a missing-nin, etc. His life was rather normal to say the least, being born to well respected members of Kirigakure. His mother was a gifted tokubetsu jōnin and a member of the Hōzuki Clan. His father was a intelligent weapons craftsmen and part-time chuunin of the Kiri forces.
