A Mystic-only quest, to get the Plant control ability Find the Befuddling Creeper at 272, 204 in the 'Dragon Hunters Tribe' area. Like the Light Altar in the Spiritual Lord quest at around the same level, it is a plant on the top of a hill, so players may get them confused. 'Harvest' the Creeper by left-clicking on it, then fight it.
