The Fourth Division (四番隊, yonbantai), is one of the nine divisions of the Ryū Order, headed by Captain Momoko Kazuki. The Fourth Division is the medical wing of the Order, as well as the scientific wing, operating in a similar vein to the Fourth and Twelfth Division of the Gotei 13. Per Karis Nishiki's promotion to Sub-Commander of the Dragonforce, the Lieutenant position was taken up by Kichō Sayaka.
