Treasure map is an item found in the message in a bottle on Whale's Maw. Talking to Quartermaster Gully with this item in inventory allows the player to travel to the previously uncharted island of The Goon Docks. Players can talk to One-Eyed Willy (or rather his pet cyclops) to receive one taijitu.
