Hellsbreath Peak is a volcano, presumably somewhere in the Old World. Pyritees, an alchemist from Havalok in Ruddlestone, uses volcanic ash from Hellsbreath Peak in a Life-Extending Elixir, the formula for which was originally developed by a friend of his from Shekin.
