The Great Eggplant is the leader of the Evil Eggplants in Journey to the Center of Nowhere. The real Great Eggplant does not actually appear in the episode, however Courage disguises himself as The Great Eggplant in order to convince the Eggplants not to attack Muriel. However, just as Courage is leading the Eggplants to attack the grocery store, Bobby Ganoush and Ratatouille notice a tag saying "Made in USA" on the back of Courage's eggplant disguise, and they rip the outfit off of Courage, revealing that he is not The Great Eggplant. They tie up Courage and then set off to capture Muriel.
