James R. "Jim" Engebretsen is the assistant dean for Corporate Relations at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. Brother Engebretsen was also the main founder of the More Good Foundation. Prior to serving as a mission president, Brother Engebretsen was president of Waterloo Capital Management. At that point he was living in the Pennsylvania suburbs of Philadelphia. Among other callings in the Church Engebretsen has served as a bishop and a member of a stake high council.
