Survivor: Philippines is the 25th season of Survivor. It premiered on September 19, 2012, with a 90-minute premiere. The season featured fifteen new players and three returning players who had been medically evacuated in previous seasons. It would ultimately feature one quit for medical reasons, and has to date produced two returning players (Abi-Maria Gomes and Malcolm Freberg) for subsequent seasons.
