It looks similar to an axolotl. It goes on the riverbed or ocean ground and doesn't swim. It can be that it uses its gill for pretending that it is a underwater plant (like Gobul, but to hide from predators). It can only be seen by the bubbles rising from the ground. It attacks with waves it produces through sound with its mouth. The weakness is thunder, then ice. It feeds of seaweed and underwater plants. It's related to the Water Newt.
