USS Roosevelt (DDG-80) is an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer in service with the United States Navy. The USS Roosevelt is the second Flight IIA ship and the last U.S. Navy destroyer to carry the 5"/54 Mk. 45 mod 3 gun. This was upgraded to the 5"/62 variant sometime after 2008. (The upgraded gun mount is visible in the article image.) On 16 February 2007, Roosevelt was awarded the 2006 Battle Efficiency "E" award.
