He was born in the Serpent City in the serpent village after he was cast out of the Venom Clan by his father Skorpius at his birth. He was taken up by Sarca and named himself Ison. He then became the best friend of young Venom along with Pyress. The trio was then transferred to the Venom Village where they became notorious assassins of the Venom Clan. After Venom rebelled against the Venom Clan, he aided him by killing his father Skorpius. He was then appointed as a high-ranking member of the Venom Clan second only to Venom and became the leader of the Branch Clan the Scorpion Clan and married the Spider Queen.
