Kavila was the capital city of Dalos IV. It was cut into the jungle of the planet. The city was comprised of paved plazas and roads, square or pyramidal building built out of stone and formex, well maintained parks, and statues based on Gamorrean myths. A slow moving river wound its way through the center of the city. The architecture was a mix of many styles, and was viewed as quaint by most people. The city was extremely alien friendly and Humans were in the minority.
