Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander is a Legendary staff in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. Killing every demon will have a very low chance (about 1%) to grant one Shrine effect for 2 minutes. Gloves of Worship prolong this effect to 10 minutes.
