The 2000 NAPA Auto Parts 300 was a Busch Series event held at Daytona International Speedway on February 19, 2000. It was the season opener. Matt Kenseth held off Joe Nemechek, both of whom were Nextel Cup regulars. Eventual champ Jeff Green flipped his car early in the event and finished 42nd.
