Jeff Beilsman was an Emergency Medical Tech who along with his partner, Seth Patterson was bringing the body of dead Lance Corporal William Danforth Jr until the ambulance they were in exploded, destroying the remains and resulting in the body being burnt. Beilsmen also thought that they were specifically targeted as in his opinion, there were a lot of weirdos out there, causing Leroy Jethro Gibbs to remark, "Tell me about it".
