Lanoyo was a Human male corporal in the Imperial Army who was stationed on the planet Alderaan. When his men downed an Organa transport in the northern Kaamos Territory, he eventually allowed House Thul forces to investigate the wreckage—but was furious when they died in the process, and thus recruited Imperial forces to investigate.
