Sotugh was a 24th century Klingon man, an officer in the Klingon Empire's Defense Force in the 2370s decade. Sotugh was the head of the House of DachoH and held the rank of captain. In the year 2373, he commanded the IKS Daqchov. During the Dominion War, Sotugh commanded a sizeable portion of the Klingon fleet. (DS9 - The Captain's Table novel: The Mist)
