Tsune (常, Eng: Infinity) is the consciousness of the Hōgyoku having taken on a human form following the defeat of Sōsuke Aizen at the hands of Ichigo Kurosaki, Tsune sees itself as an empty being given that it was created by the hands of other living beings and therefore unnatural, this becomes the chief reason why he seeks out the throne of Hueco Mundo and rulership of all Hollows and Arrancars in opposition to the Soul King.
