Hebel Federman is a character in the novel Final Destination: Looks Could Kill. He was the shomer for Shirelle Edelstein during her funeral and a member of a Chevra Kadisha. Hebel showed up after hearing Gunter Nonhoff talking about Death and the strange circumstances behind Chablis and Shiraz's deaths and how the Coral Clipper accident occurred on the same date as the Flight 180 and Route 23 accidents. After introducing himself to the survivors of the accident, Hebel warned them that the Angel of Death, Azrael, had cast his wings upon all of the models and that they were going to die soon. While Rose and Brut took the warning offensively and left, Gunter stayed behind and asked how one could escape Death. Hebel told him it was impossible, and that he could only postpone the inevitable.
