Lord Jarno was a Centauri politician. He was apparently very naive and after a speech to the Centaurum his peers recommended that he be sterilized for the good of the Republic. Londo was reminded of him after reading a speech written by Vir. He was married to Lady Arnos an apparently shrewd woman.
