It is obtained by giving a Sylph Feather forgeable item to Sunshine the blacksmith in Yallam, where he will randomly forge it into either that or several other items, and buying the item from him afterwards. While it is a Clothing-class item, it can only be equipped on female Adepts. Its buy value is 6900 coins and its sell value is 5175, its sell value while broken is 3450, and its repair value is 1725.
