Martinos Polydorou was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy. Holding the rank of Admiral, he served as the commanding officer of the Office of Systems Development. He was one of the masterminds behind the "Fleet 2000" initiative, and was convinced of the absolute superiority of Solarian League technology. (HH12, HH13)
