Lolita Cortes is a Colombian-American escort in the Metro area. Having immigrated to the United States at 18 years old, she ended up becoming a prostitute, which resulted in her being arrested twice. She was eventually recruited by Navy Lieutenant Louis Freston, under the alias of Petty Officer Daniel Harvey, to go to Colombia in order to retrieve a DNA sample of Tomás Orlando for Operation Lex Talionis, returning after two days in the country. She then met with Daniel Harvey, requesting that her family be protected.
