Cartoon Magical Events are special Magical Events that only appeared in Let's Learn English With the Teletubbies DVDs. They feature animations of various things drawn and animated in flash animation. Words appear on screen when the narrator saying some things and numbers. Unlike the Magical Events, the Cartoon Magical Events are divided into 2 parts. These animated segments are a style of a internet cartoon in 2D animation. These segments start with The Magic Windmill spinning and goes into a animated cartoon about anything (Animals, Colours, etc.) At the end, The Magic Windmill stops spinning, seguing into the Tubby Bye-Bye sequence.
