Stefan) or other wise known as his alias the Dogū (土偶, Dogū?) is the third strongest member of the Sichiyozoku and is believed to be their secret weapon whenever it comes to fighting anyone. However, originally Steelics was a marine with a rank believed to be either a captain or commodore; he was placed in charge of a special division that specialized in front line combat. Because of his structure and the fact that he is basically an unmovable creature. Steelics is believed to have been a successful experiment done by Vegapunk in order to make soldiers and marines that could use a battle suit like form in order for them to win even against a devil fruit user. He was the first successful of these marines, however it was revealed that it was a high price to pay for these modification. One his head and his left eye are what is left of the once great marine, he was growing to become more powerful everyday and he began to grown unstable. So he had lost control and began attacking any one in sight, so it was ordered by Vegapunk that marines would have come and put him down, however the marines who were chosen to do this mission, were all killed in the battle with him. Steelics thus then flow away and went into hiding, somewhere along the way he had met Big Boss Teno Iza and joined the Sichiyozoku, since then he has been learning to control his powers and thus making him a powerful opponent to face battle. With this he has earned himself a bounty of File:Bsymbol10.gif 87,000,000 for such crimes as: Losing control and turning attacking the innocent and allies alike, joining the Sichiyozoku and committing crimes as one of its members. His most famous crime is the murders of the marines that had come and tried to defeat him.
