Tally is a water-talent fairy who makes short appearances in a few of the books. Tally has short dark purple hair about down to her shoulders that curls up at the edges. She wears a strap forget-me-not blue shirt, a long apron-like orchid purple leaf sash, and a wavy forget-me-not blue skirt. She also wears on her head a long headband-like accessory that is also forget-me-not blue with little orchid purple berries on either side of it. Tally is a young cheetah cub who got kidnapped by poachers in The Wild Thornberrys Movie. Tally was one of the clone trooper shinies from Tow Squad. Part of the Great Clone Forces, he served for the Galactic Republic in the Second Clone Wars. As a rookie, Tally was underestimated by others, but he performed well in battle, and proved to be an excellent soldier. He had an unbreakable friendship with fellow teammate, Litmus. Tally arrives at the Mall with her twin Andy and her older brother Ned to trade Pride to the Chosen for food, and ends up as captive in the Mall along with the Mall Rats. Andy and Tally begin to make friends with KC, the resident mischief-maker, and begin to learn the secrets of the gambling trade, even pulling a few on KC! When her older brother Ned dies, Tally says "How could he do that to us?" She acts like she doesn't care. Though Tally is young, her cute face and pursuasive ways often get her out of trouble. She disappears at the beginning of series four when she goes with Andy and KC to the airstrip to see the Techno planes, just a while after her older brother's funeral. It is believed she was taken by the Technos. Tally and Andy were never seen again after this. Tally is a student at the Wind Ninja Academy along with Eric McKnight and Kyle. As a water fairy, Tally has a knack for making pretty sculptures out of water.She has made water birds that flew to the air,water swans that swim in cresent lake and even water MERMAIDS(with the help of Rani, another water fairy).Her biggest sucsses was the statue of Clarion, the fairy queen.It was so realistic that the fairies actually thought that their beloved queen had been turned into water!
