Drax Eldon

Drax Eldon was a Human male who served as a lieutenant in the Senate Guard during the final years of the Galactic Republic. Born around 60 BBY, he at some point enlisted in the Senate Guard, and rose up to become an officer. However, working for the government, Eldon noticed the darker and shadier internal workings of the Republic. The corruption and bureaucracy of the Republic government deeply disturbed him, so when Senator Ultana Annax, who represented the planet Deltron in the Galactic Senate, formed a Reformist party, he pledged his support. As the Clone Wars drew nearer, Eldon and the others realized they could not end this using simply diplomacy, and after a reorganization, Eldon became of the leading members of the movement (part of it's Revolutionary Command Council). He held the rank of colonel in the Reformist militia. In 21 BBY, the Reformists attempted a coup d'état against the government of the Republic. Eldon was among the commanders of the militiamen that stormed the Senate Building on Coruscant. However, the coup failed, though Eldon was among those who survived. He continued being a Reformist leader, carrying out missions for the movement when it went underground after the coup. In 19 BBY, Eldon was amongst the several thousand pro-Reformist protestors who began a protest against the newly formed Galactic Empire of Emperor Palpatine. He was killed when clone shock troopers opened fire on the protestors, killing many of them.
