Progressive Talk Radio
rdfs:comment
Progressive Talk Radio is a talk radio format that puts our values out there for the voting public to listen and judge for themselves. Over the last 30 years, Conservative Talk Radio has grown to near monopoly status in the United States, with millions of dollars invested in stations in every region of the country. With the formation of Air America, the word went out that the progressive movement has an alternative to such blowhards as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Riley and Chris Matthews. Our banner is carried by hosts like Stephanie Miller, Thom Hartmann, Ed Schultz, Rachel Maddow, Randy Rhodes and Mike Malloy.

The goal of these pages is to develop an inventory of all radio stations in the country, with information on ownership and licenses so that we can collect the resources, develop the companies and compete fairly in the open market of ideas against the ideology of the conservatives that we believe is destroying our country and threatening our planet.
