Kuei Kuei Kuei Kuei
rdfs:comment
A Kuei is a wraith from the Dark Kingdom of Jade that has not been buried with the proper rites and traditions of the area. They become, for want of a better term, walking Shadows. These wraiths are highly dangerous and wander the Shadowlands aimlessly, hunting for Pathos like a starving animal hunts for food. Kuei are not capable of intellegent thought, but can be emotionally manipulated by a wraith gifted in the Jade Arcanos Way of the Farmer. Kuei are not Spectres, in that they lack control over their p'o. Nor should they be confused with the Kuei-jin. Stały doradca, Long Feng, wykorzystał swoje stanowisko do podporządkowania sobie organów władzy. Król ziemi uwielbiał zwierzęta i zebrał wiele rzadkich zwierząt z całego świata, a następnie wysłał ekspedycję naukowców z Uniwersytetu w Ba Sing Se. Kuei were malevolent spirits that could be contained within nemuranai. Asahina Yajinden specialized in communing with such spirits and incorporated that magic when he created the bloodswords. Kuei returned to take his rightful place as Earth King following the conclusion the Hundred Year War, and afterward tried his best to be a strong and benevolent ruler for his people to redeem his past mistakes. However, his new-found determination almost led Kuei to renew the war with the Fire Nation because of Fire Lord Zuko's refusal to remove his colonies from Earth Kingdom territory. However, Team Avatar's intervention allowed the crisis to be solved peacefully. As a true disciple of the Cobra, Kuei underwent a torturous training program that was only completed once he had beaten his master in single combat. Winner of the grand tournament of the Shokan monks, Kuei arrived in Clint City to take up a new challenge - to take on and beat Lin Xia. (real name unrevealed) was a Chinese hero. This former soldier was shot during the war by a Japanese soldier. To end his suffering he attempted suicide by drowning. In doing so, he was possessed by and transformed into a frightful demon.

Azula, as Earth Queenref|Avatar Extras for "The Crossroads of Destiny" on Nicktoons Network refers to Azula as "Earth Queen Azula", meaning that she reigned in the nation as ruler beginning from Long Feng's second incarceration and likely until she left Ba Sing Se. However, Azula was never offically crowned, and thus she can only be considered a usurper.|group="nb" n150:

As a true disciple of the Cobra, Kuei underwent a torturous training program that was only completed once he had beaten his master in single combat. Winner of the grand tournament of the Shokan monks, Kuei arrived in Clint City to take up a new challenge - to take on and beat Lin Xia. (real name unrevealed) was a Chinese hero. This former soldier was shot during the war by a Japanese soldier. To end his suffering he attempted suicide by drowning. In doing so, he was possessed by and transformed into a frightful demon. Kuei have one Fetter, always their corpse. They are incapable of using higher Arcanoi, although they have some low abilities. They can also be destroyed by sunlight and the bodily fluids of the living, especially blood or saliva. A Kuei rarely lasts for more than a few years before traveling down to Oblivion. Kuei are not Spectres, in that they lack control over their p'o. Nor should they be confused with the Kuei-jin. Kuei were malevolent spirits that could be contained within nemuranai. Asahina Yajinden specialized in communing with such spirits and incorporated that magic when he created the bloodswords. Stały doradca, Long Feng, wykorzystał swoje stanowisko do podporządkowania sobie organów władzy. Król ziemi uwielbiał zwierzęta i zebrał wiele rzadkich zwierząt z całego świata, a następnie wysłał ekspedycję naukowców z Uniwersytetu w Ba Sing Se.
