Theodore Moore (14 November 1829 - 26 February 1886) was an auctioneer and politician active in the Mile End area. He was a member of the Vestry of the Hamlet of Mile End Old Town for many years, serving briefly as the area's representative on the Metropolitan Board of Works from 1879-80. His auctioneer's business was based at 144 Mile End Road. He died at his home in Whipps Cross, Walthamstow, aged 56. He was buried in the Tower Hamlets Cemetery.
