Ward Faction
rdfs:comment
Long thought dead in the Eredarian Empire, since the fall of Quel'thalas has this sect not been heard from. No one knows exactly of their location, and little is known about it at all. Formerly led by Darog Torilbail, a spellsword from the High Elven sect of beings traveled on the ships of Dath'remar to what would later be called Lordaeron. Darog took a small band of explorers and ventured deep into the woodlands, where no one had heard of them for nearly a decade. There are ranks in the Ward Faction- * Maele De'Storum * Rodger Nogrush * Hait O'dulsne To join, consult Captain Nodhrn.

After many years, Darog and his men re-appeared, fit, strong, and clad in magical weaponry. They had erected a school in the Forests, known as Quel'Odar, or 'Expectations'. During the Troll Wars of Zul'Aman, Darog Torilbail was slain violently in an effort to protect the Academy. The legions of Trollish Warlords demolished it, though many students and masters fled into the wilderness. Through time the name of Ward became as though it was a hired blade, but those versed in High Elven Lore knew better. Expert swordsmen and axemen did not even cut the barrier of what these men were. Trained for years against the harsh terains, they were bound to a Magician, Wizard, or Priest as a Blood Guard. The Ward and Companion bonds were infinate, begining in a ritual known only now by those Gretchin S. Gidaine and Lady Sirithil Nightstone of Redridge. There are ranks in the Ward Faction- * Jarvillian Jackraab - Ex-Wardsmaster, Current Status: Dead * Captain Nodhrn - Captain of the Wards, Current Status: Lives in Stormwind City, Elwynn Forest It takes bollocks to be trained as a Ward. You must be judged, trained, tested, and finally bound. Many young men and women have been known to die from the binding. A common list is: * Maele De'Storum * Rodger Nogrush * Hait O'dulsne A list of renowned and well-known Wards in each continent: * Daith Mor'uhn * Braegh, Son of Traegh * Moerdagh Bash'ere Ex-Ward To join, consult Captain Nodhrn. Distinguishable Feature A Ward will wear spiked shoulders. Red represent leadership and in-training, as to show honor to the recruits. Orange and Green represent fully-fledged members.
