Norman is off to the new vacation at Japan. When he saw Antonio at Japan, Norman meets his closest ally, Kubo. Kubo takes a tour of Japan with Norman and they spend time together. When Norman got home from Japan, he asks to Gru what's a "Gru Excluder Device." Gru explains to Norman that it's a contraption that's supposed to keep him out of Koba's cages. After Norman brought him the "Gru Excluder Device", Koba prepares to kidnap Gru. Hiro tries to stop him but it was too late. Then Norman raised "The Super Ape Army", a group of ape freedom fighters, to rescue Gru from Koba. After Gru was rescued, he was caught by Koba again. However, Koba and his henchmen threw Gru back. Special guest star: Art Parkinson as Kubo Chae Cook strikes back to get his revenge on Gabriel and the MYCUNs as well as copying Gabriel. Special guest star: Jim Carrey as Chae Cook It's Valentine's Day, and Gabriel wants something special for his wife, but Koba wanted to stop Valentine's Day. Before this, Gabriel wanted to talk to Red about their flashback of their first date. Caesar and Koba start to have an argument together, and then they started to fight together. Koba wanted to destroy MYCUN Village, but Gabriel tries to stop him and protect his village. However, Koba kidnaps Caesar, Rocket, Maurice, Luca, Cornelia, and other apes. It's up to Gabriel and the MYCUNs to save the apes from Koba. Note: This episode was first released on the DVD Adventures of MYCUN: Do the Monkey Thing Gabriel and Red go to a museum to see some art galleries, but they came across Beta the chimpanzee's dead body who was murdered in the museum. So Gabriel will investigate the death of Beta. Then after investigating around, it turns out Koba had murdered Beta. Koba brainwashes the good apes at Gabriel's side and they plan to attack the world. It's up to the MYCUNs to stop Koba and turn the good apes into normal. Gabriel and Hiro go to a paintball park, but something is about to get harder. Gabriel wanted to make things to "1960's" stuff. With Red and Carn off, Gabriel spends his day alone in his house. Koba gets his revenge on Caesar... again! --07-04 When Jacus, one of Koba's henchmen, invaded MYCUN Village, he tries to befriends the MYCUNs instead of killing them, which it turns out Jacus is not a bad guy, but however, when Jacus tires to leave MYCUN Village after getting hurt, he attacked Gru by using his karate moves and he leaves quickly to Koba's Lair. Gru told the MYCUNs that Jacus lied to them and he was a "faker." The MYCUNs will try to track down Koba's henchmen and Jacus as well. Special guest star: Tress MacNeille as Jacus When Koba kidnaps Gabriel, he hires him to be his slave at Koba's Lair. Gabriel and Red are relaxing in peace until Carrie Underwood comes back as a ghost to scare Gabriel and Red. Gabriel tries to attack her, but since she had some powers, they cannot stop her. However, Aggie is now the only one who can stop Carrie Underwood. Special guest star: Carrie Underwood as herself Norman announces to his friends that he is retiring because time has slipped away, and he have but a precious few golden years ahead of him. Later, Gabriel and his friends come up with a great way for Norman to spend retirement and Gabriel opens an information booth for Norman, which he'll spend his time here, answering important questions. The next day, Norman opens a search engine called "Noogle" . When Mayor Chuck died, Gru and Norman decide to take the job to be mayors. Hiro writes his own songs and gets famous and hot as well. Meanwhile, Caesar almost got hit by a car. A orangutan named Pono arrives at MYCUN Village and hangs around. Gabriel befriends him to be one of his ape friends. Special guest star: Steve Zahn as Pono Gabriel and the MYCUNs get sucked into a 2D machine and the world gets transformed into a 2D world. Since Hiro's day was depressed, he turns into a emo boy. Meanwhile, the Minions wanted to vandalize Koba's lair. While Hiro reads an article on his computer, Gabriel thinks the government was spying on the MYCUNs at MYCUN Village. Norman decides to enlist Gabriel to spy on his citizens. With the codename called "Double-Guys", Gabriel and Norman go to the spy room and spy on some people, including Koba. Coraline borrows Gru's house to have girls to sleep over while Gabriel and the MYCUNs are on a camping trip without knowing that Koba, Grey, Stone, LBB Pig, LBB Cow, Incy Wincy Spider, Baa Baa Black Sheep, Jacus, and Mia are going to cause trouble. Meanwhile at camp, the Minions get lost in the woods until the MYCUNs find them. Note: This was originally intended to be the final episode of season 2, but the creators wanted to make more episodes in the second season. Gru makes a time machine and he travels time with Gabriel to Koba's home universe where he led the apes to have war with the humans after Caesar was shot. Meanwhile, Norbert tries to write a poem about bananas. Norman opens a general store. Caesar started a chatroom for the MYCUNs, but Koba wanted to start his own. Red gets bored and she decides to get some beautiful dresses. Meanwhile, the Minions try to keep the apes very safe so they won't get kidnapped by Koba. Gabriel spends his work at MYCUN Industries, but he was bored because he wanted to fight Koba and his henchmen. He told the chimpanzees he wanted to fight Koba and they decided to. Meanwhile, Norbert hopes to get a whole pile of bananas after he bought it online. Norman opens a new daycare business for ape children and Forest Animal children. Gabriel, Red, and Carn decided to go to real world again to sleep over at Marvin and Celia's house at Reading, Pennsylvania. However, something seems to get hard in the real world. Meanwhile, the Minions, along with the apes, try to attack Koba and his henchmen in a bizarre way. Special guest star: Nicolas Cage and Emma Thompson as Marvin and Celia Garza

This is a list of episodes for the second season of Cartoon Network animated television series, Adventures of MYCUN, which began airing on January 3, 2009 and concluded on July 18, 2009. It contained 30 episodes, beginning with "The Ghost of Carrie Underwood" and ended with "When Apes Gone Bad". The second season was renewed by Cartoon Network on July 17, 2008, after the first two episodes "Welcome Back" and "Chimpanzee Chaos" premiered from the previous season and the production of the second season begun in October 2008. "Red Goes Makeover" was the first episode produced for the season, but "The Ghost of Carrie Underwood" aired first because Carrie Underwood was popular in MYCUN: The Movie and the producers had wanted to premiere with episode featuring Underwood as the main antagonist. Originally, "The Day the World Slept" was meant to be the final episode of the season, but the creators wanted to make more episodes from the season. The second season was released on DVD and Blu-ray on January 4, 2010 in Region 1, December 28, 2009 in Region 2 and in January 2, 2010 in Region 4. It was the first season to be released on Blu-ray.
