He was almost killed but was rescued by a group of mercs and Phoenix Alliance members. After he managed to get on Etoile Station, he quickly began his job of maintaining Etoile Station under the owner of the station, Frank. While Etoile Station is long gone, he still serves on Frank's mining vessel, the Cleesha. He knows the ship better than Frank at this point and keeps it in once piece through all the chaos that happens in space.
