"Save The Hydenock" was a campaign started by Gungan conservationists on Ohma-D'un, the recently colonized moon of Naboo, when the hydenock trees threatened to become extinct. At the same time, however, New Otoh Gunga planners wanted more hydenock harvested. As a consequence, a third party was called in to lead the hydenock reforestation effort while ensuring that the Gungan colonists got the building supplies they required.
