Kolga was born on the planes of Vinsoth. He was sold into slavery at a young age and was brought by a cruel Chevin. The Chevin regularly beat or whipped Kolga until Kolga become little more than a mindless slave, ever fearful of his master's wrath. One day however, an Ithorian came to Kolga's master's house. The Ithorian demanded that he give Kolga to him or face his wrath. When the Chevin refused, the Ithorian cut him down with a lightsaber. The Ithorian then revealed himself as the Dark Jedi Kori Dannus, and commanded Kolga to follow him or recieve the same fate as his late master. Kolga followed Kori out of fear. Kori revealed that he had killed Kolga's master and taken him in order to train him. Kori had sensed that Kolga was Force Sensitive and had thus tracked him down. He was disapp

He was disappointed to discover however, that Kolga was not as strong in The Force as his former Apprentice, a Human named Davis Sectundo. Because of this, Kori vowed to kill Kolga just as soon as a suitable replacement came along.
