Reginald "Reggie" John Cobb (born July 7, 1968 in Knoxville, Tennessee) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second round (30th overall) of the 1990 NFL Draft. A 6'0", 225-lb. running back from the University of Tennessee, where he led the nation rushing touchdowns as a freshman, but subsequently ran into trouble after failing no fewer than four drug tests. In the 1989 Vols backfield, Cobb played alongside Chuck Webb. The duo were known as the Cobb-Webb rushing attack. Cobb played in 7 NFL seasons from 1990 to 1996 for the Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the New York Jets.
