Jinni was a genie who granted Autolycus and Salmoneus 3 wishes. She had a bad fashion sense often wearing ugly clothes. She was revealed to be very lonely and trapped Autolycus and Salmoneus in a bottle. Jinn (also spelled Djinn; Arabic: جن jinn, singular جني jinnī) are demonic spirits who occupy an unseen world parallel to that of mankind. The are also known as genies in Western popular culture. Made of smokeless flame, the jinn make up the third class of sentient beings created by God, the other two being angels, made of light, and humans, made of clay. Jinn are usually invisible to humans and have the power to travel large distances at extreme speed. They are thought to live on a parallel plane, prefering remote areas such as mountains, caves, trees, and deserts, where they create their own communities. Specific types of jinn include the shayṭān (satans), the ghūl (ghouls), the marīd and the powerful ‘ifrīt. They are spoken of as a being composed of flame and air, and often taking human form. They also live in inanimate objects, such as lamps, rings, or carpets. They pass from person to person as possessions. They perform certain tasks or grant certain wishes, oftentimes only three wishes. The wish recipient does not always receive exactly what they want and, instead, may often be granted a different interpretation of what they ask for, if they are not careful to be specific enough upon declaring their wish.

According to the Qur'an, jinn have free will as humans do, and the jinn known as Iblīs abused this freedom by refusing to bow to Adam when God ordered him to do so. For disobeying Allah, he was expelled from Paradise and called "Shayṭān" (Satan). Like humans, jinn will also be judged on the Day of Judgment and will be sent to Paradise or Hell according to their deeds. __TOC__ They are spoken of as a being composed of flame and air, and often taking human form. There are several classes of jinni, both good and evil, including the Ifrit class. All jinni carry the Mark of the Jinn. In the 15th century, a young woman in France discovered an Ifrit in a rug given to her by an old Moor. She became a jinniyah when the Ifrit misinterpreted her wish. For the next five hundred years, she granted wishes to several people, including Benito Mussolini, Richard Nixon and Fox Mulder, before Mulder – who called her "Jenn" – turned her into a human. (TXF: "Je Souhaite") Jinni was a genie who granted Autolycus and Salmoneus 3 wishes. She had a bad fashion sense often wearing ugly clothes. She was revealed to be very lonely and trapped Autolycus and Salmoneus in a bottle.
