The metropolis also included the headquarters for the Order of the Blue Light, the Foruma of the Lawyteret T'lessia, and the main military aerospace complex for the local defense force. It was here that the so-called "Starborne Ones" Laera Reyolé and Silas Dan'kre spent their first three months on T'lessia, after having crash-landed on the planet in the wake of their mission to capture Darth Revan. During the Sa'ari Civil War, the city was subjected to an aerial bombardment by forces of the Hiltone Republic.
