An Annihilator Beam is a Necron weapon only unleashed when a Tesseract Vault is used as part of a Baleful Necropolis formation at the centre of a group of eight Monoliths. When the Baleful Necropolis formation is used, the Tesseract Vault is able to project this beam of potent force a short distance and smash aside or disintegrate almost anything in its way. Such is the Annihilator Beam’s power that it poses a threat even to war machines as large as Titans. If a Tesseract Vault draws power from its surrounding Monoliths, it can increase the otherwise short range of the beam and fell targets from further away. Thus, a fully realised Baleful Necropolis formation is a potent threat to any foe at extreme ranges. The Annihilator Beam is a Luminoth weapon developed during the Luminoth-Ing War, and one of the most powerful Luminoth weapons ever devised. It is a deadly weapon that utilizes both light and dark energy and fires powerful shots of Matter/Antimatter. The Ing installed the weapon on the machine guarding the Ing Hive, Quadraxis, which used it as its signature attack of firing matter-antimatter blasts. When Samus Aran entered the Hive on her mission to recover Aether's planetary energy, she engaged and destroyed Quadraxis and claimed the Annihilator Beam as her prize.

The Annihilator Beam has a high-powered sonic aspect when fired, which can be used to manipulate sonic-powered devices. Annihilator Beam shots are very effective against both light and dark enemies. When out of Light and Dark Ammo, you can charge the Annihilator Beam to fire a normal shot. Charge the Annihilator Beam to fire a Disruptor blast. The Disruptor costs 5 Dark Ammo and 5 Light Ammo to fire.

Die Charge Combo des Annihilator Beam ist der Sonic Boom der 30 Lichtmunition, 30 Dunkelmunition und 5 Missile verbraucht, dabei wird eine gewaltige Schallwelle erzeugt die sehr effektiv gegen mehrere Gegner ist die sich an einer Stelle aufhalten. Zudem basieren die Schüsse des Annihilator Beam auf Schallwellen wodurch sich mithilfe des Echo Visor Türen, etc. öffnen lassen.
