It's not a glitch but you can use console commands in the PC version to give yourself any amount of money, at any time. Simply press the tilde key (the key to the left of the 1 on US keyboards) and type: player.additem 000000F (number of caps you want) and hit enter. Then hit the tilde key again and you will see the caps added to your inventory. You can do this as often as you like.
