From age 2 to 6, Shola Lynch was one of the kids on Sesame Street in the early 1970s. She is best known for Muppet & Kid Moments. She would later be reunited with Kermit the Frog in the 1989 special Sesame Street: 20 and Still Counting. Lynch went on to become a nationally ranked track athlete. She received a liberal arts B.A. with honors from the University of Texas, and a M.A. in American History from the University of California, Riverside. She currently works as a producer and director of documentaries. In 2005, her documentary CHISHOLM '72 - Unbought and Unbossed aired on the PBS series P.O.V. Later, she was a producer for Anderson Cooper: 360.
