n6:abstract
A medium-sized plain that runs between the Merseto region and Haruna. The Terana Plains was not suited to agriculture due to its arid conditions and rocky ground, however. It also served as one of the most travelled points in Kooluk with travellers heading to Merseto from the north or to Haruna in the south having to pass through this area. As the Terana Plains run east, they meet with the less popular Xasta Grassland. Due to its popularity by travellers, bounty hunters, mercenaries and con-artists are frequently spotted in the region. The mysterious and hostile Ostrich People also inhabit the plains.
