The History of Ryoko Owari was written in 1006 by Yogo Morosuke, a Scorpion with an unorthodox view of his clan's history, who believed the worst about people and wrote even the most scandalous stories to paper. The book never was widely copied or collected, and it not was until early 12th century a copy was found outside the Scorpion clan libraries. It was known that Iuchi Karasu had one of the copies, and also Asako Sanjo, who copied Karasu's book.
