Fishing is a popular skill to train to level 99. Although the experience/hour rates are not high, one can simply click on a fishing spot and wait without performing any other action. Fishing can also bring in a moderate profit, and can be combined with Cooking to train the two skills simultaneously. The cape has an emote, lasting 6.78 seconds, during which the player harpoons a fish out of a small pond of water which appears during the emote. The Fishing cape must be equipped in order to perform this emote. Should a player achieve skill mastery in a second skill after Fishing, their Fishing cape will become a Fishing cape (t). The trimmed version has a yellow trim and adds a +2 Prayer bonus to the cape's original stats. Should a player achieve 99 Fishing after any other 99, the cape received will automatically be the trimmed version. Talking to Master fisher gives an option to toggle the appearance of the cape to a retro version, overriding the normal appearance and making it look similar to how it did before the 2015 graphical update. Despite it not being a new item, the retro cape can be used with a dragon keepsake key. File:Fishing Emote.gif
