rdfs:comment
The Laevatein Cup had existed since the foundation of the academy and was the highest honor Lanseal offered to its classes. Matches took place over six months with a qualifying, semi-final, and final round. Its origin lies in medieval jousting tournaments and with the advancement of technology the competition changed to incorporate contemporary weapons. Deaths and injuries were not uncommon, but the competition remained a core part of Lanseal tradition. The winners of the 1937 Laevatein Cup Finals was Class G, the first time the class had won the competition since Lanseal's founding.
