Both Seafoam Square and the Waterlily were situated in Greenfields District and Eagle Street and Gerjuoy Road both ran partways through it, with Gerjuoy forming its southern border and Forest Gate on its southeastern corner, at the end of Gerjuoy Road. Moneychangers' Street divided Greenfields District from Tradesmen's.
