Evac (SG)
rdfs:comment
EVAC is a poor excuse for a soldier and medic. He joined the Air Force after he ran out of other options for employment, figuring it would be the cushiest of the American armed forces. Given options, he chose to become a medic, thinking it meant he wouldn't have to actually fight. By the time he realized how much work it was to be a parajumper, he felt it was too late to quit and go back to picking vegetables with his family.

His next plan was to hang back and try to stick with the officers, figuring that would keep him out of the line of fire -- which worked out well for him, although not the way he planned. During a midnight raid in Afghanistan, Evac was in the command chopper when he accidently took a bullet intended for then-General Colton. Evac sucks as a medic and soldier, but ever since Colton, who remembers Evac's "sacrifice," was elected President, Evac can do no wrong. Injured Joes tend to die in the field if they rely on Evac to save them, which at least has made the unit more self-sufficient. Wherever the danger is, Evac isn't, and often it's better of when he's sucking up to Command instead of treating wounded.
